FSZ / 4., Cgj .: 01-09-359200, tax number: 27962136-2-43., represented by: Kamilla Hajdu (Managing Director) (hereinafter: the Operator) (‘MILLA SELECTION’) and the basic provisions concerning the terms and conditions of the home furnishing webshop, the rights and obligations of the parties and the Operator.

Our company deals with the retail of home furnishing products, furniture, lamps, home textiles and decorative items. Our products a we sell through a website, by distance selling. We procure our products from Hungarian and foreign manufacturers and wholesalers, in each case on the basis of the Buyer's order, or we manufacture them individually.

Upon receipt of our order in our warehouse, we will deliver it by courier service or freight to the delivery address provided by you.

Enter your contact information, shipping, and billing information, then choose a shipping method and payment method. Then send us your order. Sending an order does not in itself constitute a contract.

The information and delivery times on the website are for information purposes only, which in practice have been uploaded on the basis of the data provided by the supplier. The delivery time depends on the currently available stock and delivery cycles. After sending the order, our staff will contact our suppliers and then inform you about the expected delivery time. If you accept the expected delivery times, our staff will confirm the order. Confirmation of the order is in some cases only subject to the payment of an advance or, in the case of custom-made products, the payment of the full purchase price.

If the expected delivery times are not acceptable to you, we will cancel your order upon request. In this case, any advance paid will be refunded to you in full within 8 working days.

We reserve the right to unilaterally waive the confirmation and fulfillment of your order in the following cases:

Once we have confirmed your order, we will start sourcing the selected products from our suppliers. The expected delivery time is always included in the confirmation email.

Sending the order on the part of the Buyer is considered as an offer. The condition for concluding an electronic contract between the Buyer and the Operator is that our company confirms his order.

The prices on our website are in all cases gross retail prices.

The prices of the products do not include the shipping cost. The shipping cost can be viewed on the cart page after placing the products in the cart, before sending the order. Before sending the order, the Buyer will receive information about the delivery cost on the website, which he accepts at the same time as the order.

Our company can periodically provide a price discount on the price of our products. In the case of a general discount, the discounted price is clearly indicated on the product data sheet. If, on the other hand, the price discount is linked to the redemption of the coupon (eg: private discounts), the discount price will be visible during the ordering process, after entering the coupon code.

After sending the order, our staff will contact you and agree on the payment details.

You can also pay by credit card when placing your order. The order can be canceled if the advance payment is not received by the deadline!

We are not responsible for the incorrectly indicated prices due to the error of the site!
